Delete your Turnierklar account
This translation is provided for convenience; the German version is legally binding. Read the German version
When you delete it, we immediately remove your account, all sign-in methods and sessions and the backup of your tournaments. The tournaments on your devices are kept. A subscription continues through the App Store or Google Play and is cancelled there.
In the app
- Open Turnierklar and tap “More” at the bottom.
- Choose “Account” and then “Delete account”.
- Confirm with “Delete”. If you are signed in with Apple, you briefly confirm with Apple so that we can revoke the sign-in.
Without the app
Don’t have the app any more? Enter your account’s email address on the deletion page. We send you a code that you use to confirm the deletion.
Signed in with Apple and chose “Hide My Email”? Then enter the relay address (…@privaterelay.appleid.com) or delete the account in the app.
What is deleted – and what remains
- Deleted immediately:
account ID, email address, sign-in methods (Apple, Google, email) and sessions on all devices
the backup of your tournaments
helper invitations including the log of helper entries
live scores that belong to your account
We revoke a sign-in with Apple at Apple. - Up to 30 days: in the encrypted backup copies of the server; after that they are overwritten.
- Remains:
a reported live score until the review is complete, at most 90 days after its last change
the assignment of an Event Pass to its tournament, without reference to you, for three years
the tournaments on your devices, until you delete them there
purchases with Apple or Google according to their rules
